ScareCrow Reflection (2-D): October 8th, 2012
1. My scarecrow flew well in the breeze. We spraypainted it well.
2. We could have done a better job making it and gluing things together. The project isn't that great because it's boring and I would have done something different if I had more time. We needed stronging objects.
3. It's name is Jug Bug. It is suppose to be silly because we don't like to scare little children.
4. Green and red were our main colors. We selected our colors because it was the only colors of spray paint left.
5. We made it so it could fly in the wind so you could see all the parts of it. We used a milk jug, paper towel rolls, and streamers. We used them because it was easy to use.
6. I learned that you should spend more time on it and less time messing around. Not everything glued together well like we wanted it to.
7. We did not plan on doing our project the way we did. We planned on making a Dr. Evil but we changed our mind instead because it didn't end up looking the way we wanted it to.
8. I don't think this is a worthwhile project because I just didn't like it and no offense but I thought it was pointless.

Jug Bug
Hi, my name is Jug Bug, I am six years old and I love to fly. My favorite
thing in the world to do is fly. I could fly all day and all night if I didn’t
need food, drinks, and sleep. I am an only child, I think. My mom and dad had me
move out and see the world by myself when I was two. It was scary but I am okay
now. My best friends name is Tinker; I love to hang out with her. We always go
on very adventurous journeys. One time...
“WEEEE!” I screamed.
“Slow down, I can’t fly that fast.”Tinker said. She was always the slow
one and could never keep up.
“You need to fly more. If you would fly more then you could keep up.” I
said.
“Not everyone likes to fly 24/7 like you, Jug Bug.” She
said.
It’s true though, I do fly a lot more than everyone else. But I’m not
ashamed of it, I’m actually proud of
it!
“Well, maybe more people should fly 24/7 like me.” I said.
I turned around a couple minutes later to see how far he was behind me
and to my surprise I couldn’t see him. I was really worried that he passed out
and was injured. While I was looking back for him I didn’t realize that there
was a pole in front of me but sure enough I ran right into that pole, hard.
Tinker flew over out of nowhere and started laughing. I had never been in so
much pain but I would never show her that.
Tinker later told me that she was hiding because she knew that it would
worry me. She also saw the pole ahead and hoped I would run right into it for
bragging about being faster than her. I’ll admit I had it coming. That’s what I
love about Tinkers and my friendship; I would never get mad at her for that.
That’s something both of us would do and we‘d laugh about it later. Since that
day I have not gone as fast as I could with Tinker and I have not bragged about
my speed either. I believe she has been flying on her own time though because I
can tell she is getting faster. My friends and I have a lot of memories and
stories but this is by far my favorite one. I learned a lesson, got a battle
scar, and had an amazing day with my best friend and in the end that’s all that
matters.
